The first thing that will happen when painting your home, is pressuring washing. This is an important first step because you will be cleaning off all of the dirt, as well as, any cobwebs or other debris that might be on your home.
Once your house is done being power washed you are going to want to caulk your home. During this step, you are gonna want to look for cracks in the previous caulk, and nail heads. Caulking is also used for overall repairs. This means that if you see any type of damage or patches you are going to use the caulk.
Sanding is the next step. You are going to want to look for any paint that is chipping. After you sand the area you are going to want to put on primer before you paint. Now your house is ready for the actual paint.
All in all, the process is by no means challenging, instead, it’s a tedious step-by-step process where you can’t afford to skip anything.
